This is an introduction to the OpenSCAD syntax lexer that I made for use in the editor SynWrite ( http://www.uvviewsoft.com/synwrite/ ). There's no file to download 'cos the developer of SynWrite has already incorporated this lexer in SynWrite libraries.
This lexer is designed with the ability to handle large and complicated .scad files in mind. It allows users to add sections, in-function sections and in-module sections, all are foldable, making the writing of large file much easier.
To load it to your SynWrite, just go to [Options]/ [Add-ons Manager] / [Install]
To use it, select it in the status bar on the bottom of editor.
The only file included in this thing is a demo synwrite_syntax_demo.scad that you can use it to check all the features of this lexer.
Enjoy the new year of 2016
