I had the same problems slicing as everyone else, headless C3P0. I ran the model through http://makeprintable.com and it printed fine.

There has been claims that the STL is corrupt since Jan 13 but I printed it in May and posted a pic May 3

I just posted pics and print settings in the "Made" section, I hope this helps, May the Fourth be with you

May 3, 2016 - Modified May 3, 2016

I gave my last one away, I will print another one tonight from this download to try it out, stay tuned

Thank you for your response. I await your update. If you print your and it ok please can you say which printer you use and the setting you use, as this would help.

There is pics and settings in the "made" section, good luck =)

Hi there. I have now printed C3PO twice. On both occasions once the print gets to his head the chin and face prints badly and he has holes in his head too. I am printing in high quality. Please can you advise me why this is or is this something in the file? would really love a good quality C3PO.

When I look at the file the head is full of holes. The mouth is a hole and when you slice it the head is separate form the body. Netfabb won't even fix it. Maybe your upload is bad because I am seeing the same thing as sobo84.

Let me download it and take a look, but there is pics of other people who downloaded and printed it so that is odd

Im looking at in in Cura and netfabb and it looks good

With Simplify3D the head from the mouth up is seperate from the rest of the body. In Netfabb I see the mouth as a hole but otherwise it looks OK. In RepetierHost with Cura I get a line where in Simplify3D it is seperated but it looks like it might print. Hopefully others can get it to print, I only have a Fabricator Mini setup in RepetierHost and the Mini isn't working right now so I can't test printing. Not a big deal just letting you know what I see when I slice it. If I get the Mini going soon I will let you know how it printed.

I can´t slice it with slicer. The head is cut off...

Maybe the file is corrupt? I have printed a few of these. Have you tried to run the file through Netfabb ?

How tall is this once printed at full scale?

Its 95.8mm tall, but you can adjust the scale of it in your print software

Cool. Thanks!
