I think i cannot replicate this with 1.75 mil filament?

VERY, VERY COOL! :)

You, are my hero!

Now where to get syringes... and chocolate, loads and loads of chocolate!

Syringes i get from the drug store [or animal doctor], without needles you don't need a recipe from a doctor in NL...

Good to know :) (As I'm in NL)

I have a few friends in medical professions. So I might be able to get needles O:-) do you think the chocolate paste will go trough a large needle?

I would lik to try...!! use the ones without sharp point, for infusion[?!] use. If you know where to get them, please let me know.

Both http://www.daxtrio.nl/http://www.daxtrio.nl/ and http://www.amstelmedical.nl/http://www.amstelmedical.nl/ seem to sell needles online. But in most in quantities of 100.

Daxtrio sells IV needles (Infuus = Intravenous = IV) per piece. Which seem to go from 0.8mm to 1.7mm

For something like 20 euro you can own your own set of IV needles!

I found an unlikely source of "thin extruder nozzle tips". I can verify that chocolate paste from the Jumbo flows nicely trough a 0.6mm nozzle (outside diameter 1mm, 0.2mm walls)

The source are "mechanical pencils" (vulpotlood), not exactly food grade material (well, some people do chew on them) but the supply is plenty-full and the tips are small. Best of all, I got a few at home.

using the filament to push the plunge... very clever !

(sort of "why they didn't think about that before ?" ^^)

Great idea! I just started working on a similar extruder and was planning to use an air pump I had on hand.

i used compressed air as well, works very good either...
