Summary
This parametric OpenSCAD script allows defining a holder for any somewhat rectangular object. With the dimensions provided it is perfect for holding my Kindle 3 WLAN inside its leather protective cover. I simply screwed the left and right holder into the proper location of my bed frame and I'm all set to go.
The tear drop holes on the front are more for decorative purposes than out of necessity. It gives it that RepRap Look!
Instructions
If you have a Kindle 3 with leather cover then simply print out a left and right holder and attach to the location where you want to store your Kindle (maybe even more than one location).
If you want to use this for something else then simply change the appropriate variables in the OpenSCAD script, save (F2), compile (F6) and export as an STL file that you then print with your 3d printer.
