both cura and simplify3d don't want to print the cape. they also make a small gap between the hands and the hips.

looks like a good model, but I can't print it.

If you have 3D Builder on Windows 10, you can open the file and repair it.

Actually i printed one 80mm height and the result was perfect. (pla).

Looking at the printer setup, I'd suggest you clean the rails and use a fine spray oil on them before every print. Set you print speed slower and turn down your extruder speed. Use slic3r to create the gcode and pronterface to do the print. Let slic3r create supports for you to stop the overhanging spills.
get your calibration right and you'll get near flawless prints.
Downloading this model and going to print it over the next week. If i remember I'll upload a pic.
