This is a model of the Dark Repulser sword from Sword Art Online the anime. This is my artistic re-creation based on the artwork from the anime. The sword is one solid piece and is approximately 120cm or 48in long.

If you have any suggestions for future projects please send me a message with the details. Enjoy! Happy Printing!

A remix is coming shortly that has been cut into manageable pieces for smaller printers.

would this work with a cnc machine?

If your CNC software takes .STL files, then it should have no problem. If not, try a program called NetFab. They have a converter in the program that may be able to convert this model to a CNC friendly format. Hope this helps.

Thanks. Hope to make it tomorrow

I'm completely interested in this. Are you making it out of aluminum? I definitely need to see the final product.

I'm going to make it out of wood, would a 2by4 be big enough?

I'm curious if you ever got to CNC this design. I'd like to see the finished piece if you did.

i haven't yet, life's gotten in the way, but i will be making it this summer

I understand. I haven't even printed my own yet. College takes up most of my time. Let me know how it goes.

sorry for the late reply. The guard is 11.7" wide. so I recommend using a 2x12 at 4.5' long to be on the safe side.
