is this as hard as the gordian knot puzzle? I mean does it require very precise shifts and movements to make it fit?

I love a challenge but not so much if it is that complicated. lol

I haven't tried Gordian Knot, so I'm afraid I don't know.
You could take a look at http://puzzlewillbeplayed.com/12BoardBurr/Faraday/3/solution.html and decide for yourself.

Hey there!
I see you printed another one of my puzzles :)
Interesting to see that there was already a very similar design ... I didn't know that yet.
It makes sense, though, as the concept is quite simple.
Did you try to assemble it from scratch or did you use the solution?

Hi Donald
Good to see you here again! I have to confess I didn't manage to solve this one on my own and had to resort to using the solution on Puzzle Will Be Played. It's a lovely design and has pride of place on my puzzle shelf at the moment.
Best wishes,
Richard

Thanks. I had a look at the pieces in the competition guide ( http://www.johnrausch.com/designcompetition/2012/IDC%202012%20Booklet%20Part%202.pdfhttp://www.johnrausch.com/desi... ).
It's a similar board burr puzzle type but with a different construction and level of difficulty.
