This is a version of schlotzz awesome NEMA 17 Bowden extruder for 1.75mm filament (thing 275593) which has been scaled down for use with a NEMA 14 stepper and Mk7 or Mk8 hobbed gear. This is for those looking to lighten their moving axis to reduce printer movement as well as overall power consumption or to create a lighter, more portable printer which still produces high quality prints

I used PLA on an unheated bed with blue painters tape. If you try using ABS, please send me a message or comment detailing your experiences. I currently do not have access to any, otherwise I would try to print the structural, load bearing clamp in ABS
Uses a 608zz bearing. Can be put together with all M3 nuts and socket bolts, except for the one which secures the bearing in place which is an M5. It is recommenced to tap the hole for the M5 first as the inner diameter of this hole is actually 4.8mm to give the threads better purchase. Reference schlotzz thing 275593 for hardware specifics and a possible spring-loaded bearing arm.
EDIT 1: Improvements, options
For the original file, an error ocurred in printing where the base plate of the NEMA 14 Mount fell off due to a gap between the plate and the mount. This has been remedied, sorry about that
Another option has been added. The mount has been outfitted so that its output end can accept a push fit m6 pneumatic connector. The clamp has also been modified to fit this new change. These files have [M6 ed] at the end. The file for a printable m6 connector is also included, thanks to the brilliant work of Brettarm.
