I tried to make one. The only thing I changed was using 10 teeth instead of 7. I printed it on a Felix printer 3.0 with a layer height of 150 micron in PLA. Unfortunately, the space between the different parts was to small and I got kind a of a solid block. Nothing moves.
What are the best parameters to print it ?

Thanks for the advice. I'm glad to see that several people have taken note of this in just the few hours it has been up so far. It occurred to me that some motor shafts are round with two opposing flats, I will probably add this option soon.

Cool. I would recommend if you want to use it for torque transmission rather than force transmission you may want to decrease the pressure angle on the teeth. I put it unusually high to make it into a bearing. 20 or 30 degrees would probably work better for a gear reduction. That parameter is in the code.
