Hi, can you please tell me how to increase the depth of the bottom shell in OnShape easy way?

I'm not sure what you mean by depth. The thickness of the bottom wall (the flat sides)?
To make the walls thicker you could import the step file, then create a new sketch on the bottom surface.
After that, project/take over the existing edges and extrude that sketch.
