how much flight controller size? 20mm or 30mm?

It was designed to fit a beefs brushed board, and if I'm not mistaken it has an outer dimension of 32x32mm

What flight controller did you use? Is it compatible with TGY-i6s?

The one in the picture uses a Beef's Brushed Board which doesn't have a built in receiver. It was the only brushed FC capable of running beteaflight that I could find a bit over a year ago. Nowadays there are tons on different boards and I'm sure you'll be able to find one that fits and have a built in receiver for less than half of what I paid for my BBB :)

I'm not sure but I think your radio will be able to bind to this FC
I've also uploaded a new file for the base with cutouts to the FC mount which allows for boards like this to be mounted better (flush to the base)

how well does the camera mount do in crashes?

like do the sides of the camera mount break easily because so thin and printed in the Z direction?
or rock solid once the camera is in place?

anyway cool design

I've had many crashes with this one, never had the camera protection broken. The arms near the motor mount on the other hand seem to break easily. I designed a new frame and moved on

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1448308 this helps with antenna protection on the quanum. Simple but works. Definitely room for improvement but didn't have a lot of time.

Looks awesome! I'm going to print one out. I'll let you know how it comes out.

Thanks! Feel free to post a "Made one" :)

Will do! I just got that Quanum Elite cam and man, couldn't agree with you more. What a great picture!

Yeah, I was amazed. And not a single trace of interference from the motors in the video
