Found here are all the files for printing a one pound "antweight" combat robot. These files are specifically for the all plastic version, used in the 3d printing friendly "Plastic Ant" class our local robot fighting club has started. For that version, I use eSun PLA Pro which is perfect for this sort of thing. I also have a standard ant version with a metal blade and I used nylon instead of PLA Pro for the front legs and wheel guards (nylon is prohibited in the Plastic Ant class.) The Nylon version is basically the same, though some sort of hub for a metal weapon would need to be crafted. The nylon holds up surprisingly well to even the most dangerous ant weapons. I've yet to try PLA Pro against normal ants, but I suspect it'll be insufficient to handle direct hits.

Filament: ESun PLA Pro (NOT standard PLA), or Taulman Bridge Nylon for front legs and wheel guards.
Infill: 60%
Outside Perimeter: 5mm

Additional Parts:

For non-plastic, a blade of some sort. A sawblade will do, but there are better options.

hello! neubs, nube, nubie question. i am new to all this rc bot stuff, but i thought that antweights were limited to 100mm (4inches) x 100mm (4 inches). Your file is larger. googling around, but is it a US vs UK thing? love to know more.

Thank you for any help

Could you also point me were to find the pulleys and belts plz

Also two of your links cant be found the wheels and the micro gear motors so could you repost new ones please

Is there a assembly video of some sort

Looking at the design it appears there is a part missing - a motor mount for the gear motors?

I can't believe that's been missing all this time. Part added.

Thanks! Figured you might want to know that if you meant to have that as part of the set. Printing them now! :-)
