Yes, the size is correct. There is only one size.

There are more or less two types. Ones that makes a click sound when pressed, and those who don't.
Pressure is the other thing. I used black, I think they are the toughest one.

If you have time, have a quick Google look up on MX Switch colors.
If not - just pick the black, they will do their job.

Great Solution!!

Cherry Switch are not available on Conrad anymore, but i found some on Ebay..

Hi Max,
can you provide the CAD-files as well?

I'd merge the pins after ~4mm to make the button much more stable,.. I tried to modify it using tinkercad but I think it would be much cleaner to do the modification in the raw CAD files,.. it would also help to change the height of the case.

BTW: I try to build a IoT-Button using SparkFun ESP8266 Thing, charged wirelessly via an QI-receiver pad. First tests look promising

Sounds great! Let me know when it is done :)

I added my source files. Hope this helps!

This would be great to modify for the Xiaomi buttons!

Xiaomi Button? I don't know them, what do you mean? Can you provide a link please?
