Derived from my hinged box with latch, I remixed it a bit and sized it for a 20 pack of death.

This print is a real pain so good luck with it. It covers a pretty large area so make sure your bed is super level. My design creates a pretty large bride on the part the retains the smokes in the box, if you have good print settings then you won't see any droops or strings whatsoever.

The hinge is plenty loose. I promise this hinge will not print fused. It will swing freely as soon as you pull it off the bed. Push in on the wall with the latch to open and close it easier.

I use the Makerware Standard print setting on a Rep2.

Can you post the cad file please? And thanks in advance.

Can't post the cad file since this thing was made with a major mashup of tools. The main box is modeled in Solidworks. The hinge, latch and latch retainer are made in OpenSCAD and the death and skull are cut with Blender. If you measure a 100 cig and tell me how long it is, I'll post a new version. Also, you could simply scale the Y dimension in your slicing software and the whole design should still hold up and print in one piece with no problems. Also, if you're good with Solidworks, OpenSCAD and blender, just send me a private message and I'll send you all the sources.
