"Button football is a football (soccer) simulation game played on a table-top using concave "disks" or "buttons" as players. Board dimensions, markings, and rules of play are modeled to simulate standard football. It is popular throughout all of Brazil, and Hungary as well as other countries in Europe." (Wikipedia)
In Hungary it is known as "Gombfoci".

The goal of the center 8 mm hole is two-fold: you can use it to attach the printed object to a lathe to finalize it, and it also helps to keep the player on the table during the game by letting out the air. You can use the sunken top 26 mm ring to customize your player.
I used brim and support, just to make sure the bridges on the bottom are nice. I set the layer height to 0.2 mm for faster print, and shell thickness to 0.8 mm to make the top more solid.
