This is my version for an Ultimaker E3D mount. It features a retractable z-probe, which works together with a special part fixed to the construction platform chassis.
There is some Marlin code needed to make it work, I enclose it here.
Extra parts needed:
- 4x LM6UU linear bearings
- 2x M3x25 screws
- 1x M3x10 screw
- 3x M3 nuts
- 4x M3 washers
- 1x microswitch (6,60mm between holes) (may fit bigger ones, just drill where needed)
- 2x M2x15 screws for the microswitch
- 1x 3mmx32mm steel or iron rod (a nail, or a screw, or...)
- 3x neodimium magnets cylindrical radius4mm x 2mm
- 2x 30mm fan (and their screws) (may fit bigger fans with included adapter)
The design includes for sure remixes from other parts taken from here and there. Although reworked from scratch, it's mainly based in the design of am001; if you can identify any other influences just tell me, and I'll be editing this and will be happy to add the credits as needed.

Some captive nuts and screws may be difficult to insert, sockets need to be thoroughfully cleaned.
Check the fit of screws from the fans before assembling, they are intended to be near M3, but I can't seem to find two identical fans so I use whatever screw suits...
Check the right orientation of magnets before glueing inside their pockets, so they snap cleanly together either in the retracted or deployed position of the zprobe.
You can route the wiring (thermistor, heater, fans and switch) up throgh the tube and secure them with belts, and use a cable sleeve to get a neat finish.
Depending of the final position where the "espera.stl" part is fixed in your chassis, fine adjustements must be set in the configuration.h file in Marlin to make it work, just look for anything commented as "TILT" to check where to tweak.
