+1 on this from picture, you looped the GND and VIN to GND and VCC side? and I assume the SIG goes to the Arduino?

Yes if your load voltage is 5v like the control voltage (5v from Arduino in my case). Else you need to use 5v for the 3 pins control side and 12v for example for the output.
