After seeing Adafuit's LED Barn Doors project I was inspired to create barn doors for 2 of my Aputure Amaran AL-H160 LED lights (Or AL-H195+). This is the first time I used Fusion 360 to design the CAD files. This project was designed to print in PETG so the walls are thin to reduce weight. I have included the Fusion files for editing.
You will need:
3x M2 20 mm screws
3x M2 Nuts
3x or 6x washers
1x cold/hot shoe adapter

Update March 24 2016:
I found that the main mount to the light was not strong enough so I modified the Fusion file and uploaded a new Mount.stl, Fusion and .igs files. This stronger mount should improve durability.
Normal Post Process
Cleaned up strings and used a drill to clean up the holes for the screws. I used Loctite otherwise you are going to likely loose nuts.
This was the first time I used Fusion 360 to design a project. I am new to both 3d printing and CAD work so it was fun but took much longer than it should have. It fits the LED light well and is very strong. I should say I have just finished print the two sets so I have not had time to really use it in the field.
