Hola! ¿A que escala está el modelo? Buen trabajo!!!

hay man nice work and model bout
it needs a tutorial on how to put it to gether or som more pic of the print it self from defineret angels

......................................................................................................................................
entire model is printed with cura, but if you have a well settled repetier why not use it.
Anyway Cura or Repetier work well

hola yo ya casi acabo de imprimirlo y sin problemas la verdas muy lindo modelo un consejopartan la cabina a la mitada y sera mas facil y si . usen cura demas todo bien

Hi darioc, this truly is a beautiful looking model!!
I'm well underway printing it, my first attempt at the cabin failed due to the doors, sides & rear all being too thin, ie just two 0.4mm perimeters with a gap between, the transition into the roof is just a single 0.4mm perimeter.
I've tried increasing the numbers of perimeters in Slic3r but it does nothing.
Is there a model of the cab available with thicker walls etc?
The bonnet could also do to be a bit thicker but is workable.
Everything else looks to be good & thick, especially the front of the roof lol.
Cheers
Wayne

Hello there,
I've used "cura" instead "slic3d" aniway Layer heigth 0.1mm ,shell thikness 0.8mm enable retraction, bottom \top thickness 0.8mm ,fill density
50%,print speed 60mm/sec,printing temp.210°C bed temp 50°c (I use only PLA and hot bed ever) support everywere and raft.
Filament 1.75, flow 100%, nozzle diameter 0.4mm, retraction speed 40mm/sec, distance 4.5mm,initial layer thickness 0.3, initial layer line width 100%, disable cooling fan.
This is my setting with my printer ,after a lot of faulty with slic3d printing other obj I've found cura as best compromise between precision and
reliability.Try now, and good luck.
ciao

Hi Dario,
Thank you very much for the speedy reply.
I’ll give it a go with Cura in the morning.
Funnily enough I had to use Cura to get the sides to sit flat on the print bed, they’ve just finished printing & they look brilliant

hay did you put it toghtere ?

Great I'm printing one, is it possible to put more pictures of the truck?

I am making a roof for this as we speak, will print it today and check to see if it works ok, its not perfect but I tried to make it as close to the real thing as I could. will upload once happy.

it's a very complicated item, just yesterday i've print something about, but could be draw better. I'm sorry for that delay, but if it dont like me ... I belive the solution is nearest. A friend of mine said" take a balsa block and sharp it until obtain wath you want"
mmmm no bad idea..

darioc, do you have the file for the roof?
