Can you make the 36 gear tooth version?

Did anybody else have this issue?.. I printed out 40T and 16T Gears and i have a Lego 24 tooth Gear but none of them seem to fit together properly when i put them on legos... they are either to big or to small...

could you make a giant gear that works just like the others?

teeth are not using involutive profile (original lego is involutive profile gear ). It makes a difference with the small gears

Thanks for the design. I made a couple of 40 tooth gear. Accurate external dimensions, but a bit tight holes. Made with PLA at 0.3 thickness, 0.4 nozzle. Any advice to wider holes within Cura?
Kind regards.

this is great! but I printed it and I think that the size is not comptaible with other lego gears, can be it possible?

thanks

Inacurate size , had to up size by 5% in diameter, needs tweaking a lot anyway, gears too high. The smallest one almost unprintable .At least good starting point , better than starting from scratch

It is more likely that your 3D printers dimensional accuracy was low. I just printed the 24 tooth version and it came out correct. and meshed well to the real Lego version. However it was printed on a resin based Form 1+.

This is exactly what I need for my robot project. Thank you so much for building these gears!

I can't seem to print the 8 tooth gear... I use 0.3 mm nozzle on my prusa. I use repetier for the software and firmware. Can anybody with a similar setup try to print this and help me with the setings?

Thanks

The 8-tooth gear looks kind of wonky when you zoom in -- really thin in parts, and weird angled. I'm testing out some improved versions.
