Summary

This is a remix of the Flashforge Creator Pro Filament Alignment Bracket by Makersome. I added a lip at the bottom so the tubes do not fall down. I also put in a funnel at the bottom to help guide the filament into the tube when loading. I changed the overhang to two slopes to aid in printing. It is specifically designed for the Qidi Tech 3D printer but it should work on the Flashforge also.

Designed in Solidworks 2016. I've included the 3D model in Solidworks and IGES format.

This worked perfectly for me. Totally solved my "pulling" problem. Well done, my friend!

I tried printing this using the stock blue pad + glue stick and one of the tubes got knocked over. Thinking it was a fluke I tried again and both tubes got knocked over. I may have to go with a raft. Any suggestions?

Same problem here. Both posts fell over. Same question, any ideas

Print it with a raft.

Tnx raft worked perfectly raft - 3 layers, 3mm offset, 0.14mm separation, 85% raft fill

Diameter for the spool holder is to small. Doesn't fit the ones that came with the machine.

Which diameter?

Sorry that was kinda confusing. The top part where the plastic tubing goes in. It didn't fit mine, been trying to file it down but no luck.

What is the diameter of your tubing? My tubing fits in.

I think i figured out the problem. I dont think my printer is functioning properly. Lots of things are not printing the right size. Literally just a few mm off. Im being sent a new board so hopefully that fixes my issues.

Tubing is roughly 6mm.
