hi, what is the size of the sword ?

Hello. I am having a problem with the first blade piece. The file is corrupt, the gcode program doesn't detect the middle portion. Could you please fix and reupload the first blade file? I would appreciate it.

The file blade1 is corrupt for me. Tried with different slicers but still has errors that prevents it from printing?

Blade1 has been fixed!

can you reupload the fixed blade1 file? It still doesn't work for me.

Thanks! Much appreciated! Just finished printing everything. Have to paint the blade and I’ll post some pics

I printed the whole thing at 100% and 150% and it's like the blade doesn't snugly fit into the hilt. Do I need to print the blade a little bigger than the hilt?

Looks Great, thanks for the awesome design!

What orientation do you print the handle in? when its imported it is standing straight up.

it looks like it is printed straight up and only the pin insert is flat

Hi there can sombody please help me with a copy of blade_1 mine has errors and does not want to print thanks very much

For anyone wondering (including me) which version this is, it's the Twillight Princess Master Sword (I think, or maybe Skyward Sword but that has a few other details)... Am I right DezDoss? I tried looking up the colour scheme and could not find a matching Ocarina Of time one so I put myself on a quest to find all Master Swords and stumbled upon this: http://hungryandfit.com/2015/07/01/the-greatest-games-of-all-time-the-master-list/

what are the pieces dimensions for life size?

For the larger size, I did 3 feet -- 1.5x scaling factor.

Hello! I'd like to make this (for a third time) with a bigger printer- do you have a version where the blade is only in 2 pieces?

Does anyone know what percentage to scale it to? I just finished the print on my Lulzbot Taz 6 and it's a lot smaller than I imagined. I want to do a life size scale if possible. :)

Hey Heather! We usually scale it to 150% to make it life-size, which will be around 3 ft. long or so! Have fun printing! :D

Thank you!! I will try again! :)

This is a well designed model, worked great, fixed together really easily with the pegs.
Fitted on my 150mm bed.

Can you divide the hilt into 2 pieces?

In your slicer, rotate the hilt flat (90 degrees around x) then lower it down by half its height. Print the gcode that generates twice.
