I have a v4 E3D hotend which does not came with a thread to connect a pneumatic bowden fitting to its top. Based on Musti's simplified mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:145988) I made the mount again from scratch I put the missing M14x5 thread on its top.
Instead of Musti's fan holder I made a mount to fit nhfoley's original fan (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:121074).
Update 20130910: I uploaded two additional models to mount standard Ultimaker fan holders:
Print it with 0.1mm layer height, 0.8mm shell thickness, 20% infill, no support needed. Both STL files are oriented properly.
After printing fix the screw holes with an M2.5 drill and the bearing holes with an M12 drill.
I used M3 screws everywhere: 3 pcs of M3x16 to fix the lock and an M3x30 with a nyloc nut to fix the fan mount to the carriage.
Print nhmoley's fan too (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:145988) and drill through the lower joint with an M2.5 drill.
I attached the ViaCAD source file too.
