This is a 3D printed Clank model from the video game and movie Ratchet & Clank. At the scale given, it'll end up being about 6 inches tall. I created this model in Fusion 360 and printed it on my Robo 3D R1 printer using Hatchbox White PLA.

Post Processing:
Step 1: Assemble and glue the pieces together using super glue.
Step 2: Prime the model with plastic primer.
Step 3: Paint the metallic finish on him, we used Krylon Hammered Metal spray paint through an airbrush.
Step 4: Paint the details. We used water based acrylic paints with a paint brush to get the dark gray, green, and red areas painted.

Something to keep in mind while assembling is his position. Try to position his arms and legs so that he'll stand on his own and not fall over.

Print Settings:
Layer Height: 0.3mm (0.1mm for arms)
Infill: 20%
Supports/Raft: None

We could ad motors and circuits?

Great model. The body pin didn't fit for me. Could of been my settings. I just glued the hips to the body. The most frustrating part was getting the legs to attached to the pin and fit under the hips. Still happy with the model.. thanks

Thank you for spending so much time on this 3D model! If only there was a good one of Ratchet...
About to print this myself.

this is a beautiful model. Amazing work!

One of the legs won't slice for me... granted, I'm using a horrible slicer (XYZWare) but that's what I've got.

I tried the various repairs in meshlab to no avail. What's next?

the model looks good but the polygons are all crazy. you need to learn to model correctly

just coming to the end of this print ready to print, great btw....one question, the block holding the leg base...way to big for slot, could you just glue the leg base to body?

Looks good! I might have to try this one. I'm thinking higher infill for the feet may help out with balance :)

its been a good while since i seen a clank , nice job

HI ChaosCore,

i've printed the arms without the pins...
How can i fix them to the body?
I'm making a scaled version for this model.
Thanks!
