I made the 3D model this part, because it was broken in one of my joysticks. I don't have a 3D printer on my own, I always send the 3D data to a professional print service provider and get the printed part back. So, I have a printed version of this part, but it was printed on a SLS 3D printer.

Has anyone managed to print this thing? I ask because it's a just about perfect replica of the original and not redesigned for printing as I'm going to do this evening.... Unless someone can explain how I get a reprap to print it.

I have not tried printing this joystick or the one I linked below.

Here is a design that someone else made. This guy seems to have made it so it can be printed.
