Anyone print this in ABS? Did you find you needed to scale it at all for shrink?

Question: what size belt was the carriage designed to handle? My 1up came with a HTD 3mm, but badgids says his belt didn't work... just trying to figure out what is going on...

Update: I just got mine in (had to have it printed, since mine isn't good enough to produce usable results) and it's for a 2mm pitch belt. If yours uses a 3mm belt (mine says on it HTD390-3M, and the teeth are at a 3mm pitch), this won't work. also the gap for the belt appears to be a bit tight (unless the 2mm belts are super skinny). Know what you're printing. See the "Made" tab for detailed photos.

This X Gantry and Carriage is Awesome! I've been using it for about a month now, and it has eliminated all my gantry sag, given me more printable space, and just looks freaking awesome!

I did run into a few snags though...

The teeth on the belt clamp on the X carriage did not line up with my stock belt, so I had to remix the carriage. You can find my remix here: "QU-BD_OneUp_XYSlimCarriage(Stock_Belt_Mod)" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1656310)

I had a few other issues as well, you can read what they were and how I resolved them here: (http://www.thingiverse.com/make:234056)

What bearing are you using for the right side x belt? The stock bearing would not fit without a fair amount of plastic removal.

I used (4) LM8UU Linear Bearings, two in each side. I had to do some minor sanding, then I pressed fit them into place, securing them with a little ring of super glue around the outer rims. (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:234056)
