This is the sensor bracket used to hold the Raspberry Pi camera and HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor to the front of the Rover on the Lockheed Martin USA SEF 2016 Robot.
We printed it using PLA and .1mm resolution, 2 shells, with full supports and 20% infill (although there's no portion where infill is really used).
Note that it was intentionally printed on it's side to make the bracket stronger in the vertical orientation when on the robot to reduce the chance of breaking if the robot were to fall off a structure. Feel free to change the print orientation to your liking.
The camera portion is intentionally angled downwards ~10 degrees to make it easier to see the terrain you're driving over (otherwise it was difficult to drive since the camera is too high to see the horizon).
