Where there any major changes to the DXF files to get this to print? Was it just a case of import DXF and the pull to the correct thickness?

Looking to make one of these as a demo for my students at school!

Dave over at Woodentimes has a SketchUp model which seemed to work well - so either pull up the DXF or go direct from SketchUp (its not on his site, Dave kindly sent it when i purchased the DXF plans). The only major mod i had to make was to the front frame as the original does not fit on the printer bed of the replicator 2.
