This is my power supply upgrade for the K8200 3D printer.
Thanks to edirol and the othe users from the velleman forum.
The schematic shows the litle PCB in the backside of the case,
The first part of the schematic is to switch 24V for the heatbed with the original 15V connector.
The second part controls the light and coling fan of the power supply.
It is a monoflop and it is possible to retrigger,
so the light and the fan will start with the heatbed and stops 1 minute after the heatbed is switched of.
The power supplies i ordered from reichelt.de
They are from MEANWELL 24V/4,5A/100W and 15V/6,7A/100W
Print filter38.stl and blende 32.stl with 0 solid layer on top and bottom with 25% filling so it will be a nice air filter for the fan on the backside (fan is 40x40x20mm 24V).
On the backside i had 2 switches from marquart (on-off-on) for light control and fan, so i can select control by automatic or off or permanent on.
For the 230V connector i use an power entry mudules from schurter with EMC shielding and filter.
The SUB-D-25 connector is used to connect to the Printer.
The wall inside the case of the backside is to split the room betwen L N (230V) and the 24V Part with the PE.
Edit: Upload Part list (pcb Part are not includet)
