Thanks for the design. Printed with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, speed 60mm/s on my Ender 3. Works great!

thanks, printed successful on Anet A8 modified, 0.14 for accuracy, 60mm / s for speed, not support, perfect for me.

Many thanks for your comment glad to see it feet your need - this is really handy when you build some DIY project :)

Thanks, printed using 0.4 nozzle on MP Select Mini V2, 50mm/s speed, no support. It's a tight fit, but works well for making battery packs.

This is one of the designs that just works. Just perfect!

Yes it requires a properly calibrated printer but man... these are just AWESOME.

Awesome Roy, thanks for your comment, what you planning to use it for? what project you working on? :)

The first project is going to be a small 18650 based jumpstarter for my car i think. And maybe å powerwall and/or an 3D ptinter UPS later on if I can get hold of enough batteres ☺

Printed at 0,2mm and don't clip together !!

yea Im in the same boat and my tolerances are pretty tight, gonna try printing it at .08 @ 102% size

Printed at 0.3mm and the pieces were just too small to fit together. Maybe 0.2mm would have been better? The locking mechanism is tiny.
