Hi, its a great thing ... can you please post a bom?

hi could you post a part number for the motor please?

Bravo,excellent ,i'm impressed.

buen proyecto!, hay alguna lista de materiales necesarios aparte de los impresos? saludos

What is the reciprocating bar from the motor to the saw made of 1/4" steel square?

Hi Tomlie i cant make out if the blade lifts on backstroke or not. been an engineer for a few years. If the downward preasure is not lifted on backstroke the blade goes blunt quick. can you please tell me the mechanics of the backstroke.

Is version 5 happening?

Hello, can someone explain how the saw lock and saw lock knob work? Do I need a spring or some other hardware for it to work?

Please, can you post the OpenScad files? I need to adapt to 8mm rods and my motor. Thank in advance.

I saw the video for version 5 on youtube. Hope to see the plans soon.

+1 for Version 5, do you have a parts list for everything else that goes with this? I love the ingenuity and will definitely be printing this!

Version 5 done yet?
This thing is AWESOME!!!!

Been a while now.
Are you going to upload the files for V5??

are you selling these somewhere?

i am waiting for version 5 , you have done great work , cheers for your idea!

I really want to have one! I just start to print but I see that no all part is uploading. :(
Could you please say me how I can get these stl?

Thanks you for sharing.

Hi, please download the "mini_power_hackaw_v4_stl.zip" in Thing Files tab.

i like this ding louzhu :-)

Brilliant idea/creation!

Hello, what an awesome idea. Keep up the great invention.

Hi like your saw what type of motor are you using

Hi thank you for the info keep up the good work

I don't know what type it is. here are some parameters: 24V, 80RPM, 30W, 8mm shaft.

Hi kingfisher, I have tried using the 775/555 geared motor (20~30kg.cm), it works. but the motor will be hot for a long time (20 minutes), and I also tried this one "GB37 555 100RPM, 40KG.CM", it works, but the one gear is broken when used at a time , so i chose a bigger motor with φ51mm(it's very cheap,30 RMB,secondhand )

Are you able to post a parts list? And or links for the hard to find motor? I believe that would ease my and everyone elses questions. Ready to hit the print button as soon as i can verify all the parts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice! Is this 8 mm rod?

it's 10mm, length=365mm.

great job! a fantastic use of a 3d printer for the real world!

Hi HXQ123,

Thanks for the prompt post of the stl files. The new version looks good.
