Hey, I also have a ms01. Are you trying to make a steering rack? Also where do the parts go that you already designed? Have you already printed the parts yet?

Comments deleted.

Hello , I printed today the parts and I added the pics . Now I must test the car to decide others modify or not .

Hi.
Have you tested the steering rack yet?
It looks promising.
I will try to get this printed and test it out on my sons Ms01d.
I bought the steering rack for my own car from Oversliders, which also relocates the steeringservo. But now I don't have to that.

Hello .
I did some tests and the steering is satisfactory.
I do not think I make other changes.
The location of the battery instead does not satisfy me.

I've trives to mount this, but I'm heving some issues with the steering (ackerman)
Do you have some pictures that shows your car?

hello , I have some ackerman in my car but for mi is correct , in this weekend I post some photos of my model

Thanks. Looking forward to see the pictures.
I'm getting a lot of wobble of the inner wheel when trying to drift with much angle. Maybe this could be better if the steering-rack was shortened a bit. Now I think there's not enough place for the turnbuckles. Could use somre more space. I have kpi-knuckles to get more space as well. Have you changed these, or so you have standard knuckles?
I'm not familiar with drawing parts, but is it possible for you to change the part? Maybe 1,5cm shorter on each side?
It works great, but I'd like to drive with much angle and no wobble.

Hello , I added some photo about my steer.

Hi.
Looks like we have done much the same, but I still get some wobble on my steering.
is it possible for you to send me the .skp-file. Then I can try to shorten the rack myself.

Best Regards
Kjetil Skjeie
