From what I understand you are trying to do more than just make a perpetual motion machine. I think you have great potential if you continue to challenge the norm. However I think you are making the same mistake with your current idea I made a very long time ago. My recommendation is to read an Electricity and Magnetism book, it will probably save you time and money. Putting the conservation of energy aside for a moment, the reason this does not work is because magnetic fields are conservative fields (please google it). Another example of a conservative field is the field of gravity around earth. This conservative field means no matter how you shape or position your magnets the net work by the field will always equal 0 on any object (whether it is a piece of metal or magnet) that completes a loop.

so any recommendations so that these are bypassed or a solution to the conservative fields?

There is no bypass or solution. This is a well tested and theoretically proven law of nature with no exceptions. What you are asking for is a discontinuity, but that does not exist. Otherwise we would be seeing some really funky things. Do the research and you might stumble upon a new idea to help humanity in other ways.

To keep the wheel turning you need to fight against air resistance, that consumes kinetic energy from the system and is lost as heat. Ditto with friction on any moving part like the central pivot and sliding parts. You can minimize this by removing all moving parts and then you basically end up with a spinning top, but that still has friction with the contact surface and still has air resistance due to tiny imperfections in the surface, so eventually as we all know, it will stop and fall over.

The only way to get something perpetually in motion without applying energy is to put it in a vacuum and remove the gravity so it doesn't contact anything.

These obey the laws of thermodynamics by using the tiny amount of energy put into the system by light hitting the panels in the bulb.

I have been thinking of balancing the wheel using magnetic levitation, and having wheels at the end of a longer axle and have some sort of way to create static electricity with out friction.

Sorry, but it still won't work, because you'll have air resistance. Even then, if you got rid of air resistance by putting the device in a vacuum, you'd have to have it perfectly in balance otherwise the heavy side would pull down with gravity. You would have to manually place the atoms to get it balanced; with a 3D printer you don't stand a change. Perpetual motion machines are called impossible for good reason!

Cool design, but I cant see the point of its working

if a machine that was to be forever working, would break the first and second laws of thermodynamics, if this were to be able to be mounted to an energy generator then we have a finite amount of energy creation.

Maybe,, but first let me know what that means... this is just a design I have been working on for about 5 months, it does work partially but I'm thinking of making it levitate using natural nemodiam magnets on the axle for frictionless movement, and possible having a planetary gears for the power generator for gear reduction so it turns easier and requires less torque

i did cut the corners of the print, but only as the abs i printed with, warped XD

and if anyone asks, no the parts are not in orientation,, the axle should be ok though,, i slanted it like that so the tip would print as 3d printers like to add blobs to points.
