The data connection is just serial from the Pi to the M100. Power is even easier. I don't think you'll find well written instructions on the web, but you can find the specs and make your own cables. If you want to transmit the raw IR video down, you'd want to look at the Lightbridge module that accepts a input video signal--contact John McBride at Rocky Mountain UAS perhaps--but in that case, I'm not sure what the onboard Pi is doing for you vs. an IR camera with standard outputs.
