3D Printing Newbie - Having problems with the quality of the finish to the 'blade' of the cookie cutter. The result is a bit 'stringy' with gaps between layers in places.
Have tried printing with ABS and PLA with similar results. Tried increasing temp to aid layer bonding, higher resolution, more shells (doubt this effects something as thin as this), and more infill - but this made little improvement. Any advice?

Ideally, you should print with just one shell. the blade should be as thin as possible.
I have made a few modifications and uploaded it as a new file: The new one is solid and you should print it with 0% infill, 1 shell and without top and bottom.
