Great idea! Before my 3D printing life I also had a wood turning life. Still have three lathes. Cool print!

HI Abapemilo,
great job but, still, I'm wondering.
Is the solid square diagonal going perfectly from the centre of an angle corner to the other?
I mean, did you take into account the pencil's lead thickness?

Regards

I don't think the thickness of the marking line is taken into account, because thickness is not standard, (marker vs pencil). I don't think it's offset at all either, because when I try to scribe really small cylinders it's off a bit, almost unnoticeable on large stock, but like 3/4" or smaller you can see it's off a bit. (Correct me if I'm wrong, maker!)

You can mark the center from one side, rotate tool 180° and mark from other side. The center is between two marks.

Good trick! Thanks man.

No support need for print ?

If you'd add a "cut" or some small holes through the middle of the solid triangle, it could also be use to draw clean 90° angles
(as you could see the first line you draw on your first picture). Nice!

If you make that as a remix i would totally use it

Post a picture if you printed one :)
