RefloLeo is a SMD toaster oven controller which recently gained funding through Kickstarter.
made and sold by John Kicklighter, it allows toaster ovens tp be controlled to a set thermal graph, set by yourself, and stored on an SD card.
I purchased a controller and it arrived in the post and i went away and made a case for it.
Although this case is great, it does not allow tyou to screw it together, so it is a glue together. John, if your reading this, please place some fixing holes to allow people to mount it :) also change the reset switch to a tactile button switch, something like: http://bit.ly/GCm4LF
Also, the green 'on LED' make this a 90 degree LED, 0805, so it illuminates the keypad. also means its less likely to get knocked off.

Print top case with top to heat bed.
Print bottom case with base to heat bed.
Wire in connectors into RefloLeo controller (thermocouple, relay and fan (if using one))
Place inside RefloLeo PCB, and align onto bottom base.
(additional, drill holes into top case if you wish to access terminal screws for relay, fan and thermocouple)
place hot melt glue along edge of bottom case
Place on top cover, aligning to edges and LCD.
