Threw this into tinkercad and got rid of that hole in the back. Printed it in Prusa PLA and it came out a bit large. The markers slid inside a bit. I threw it into the oven for about 30 mins at 210f and it shrunk it just enough to give a snug fit.

I can't speak for ABS, but I would recommend printing this at 98% for X and Y to get a snug fit on the markers. at 100% this still works great and the markers don't fall out, but they also slide around in there a bit.

Thanks for the inspiration - I got similar function without any printing - pushed a little Neodymium Disc Magnet 1/4 X 1/8 Inch N42 or two stacked 1/4x1/16 into the top of the cap of each pen (stuck them in from the top without taking the cap off the pen). Each pen hangs from it's own magnet.

I've done this before using Sugru. Thanks for sharing!
