I didn't know printers could qualify for special ed classes.

THANK YOU for folks like you who were pioneers in 3d printing just a handful of years ago. Your perseverance with tweaking to get results after crazy prints like this is why folks like me and the other commenters can have perfect prints on $150 printers. Without folks like you in there early trying hard, we'd not have this hobby/industry.

oh. That printer could use some help.

lol, something definitely needs tweaking.

I don't mean to be rude... But that example print makes me cringe...

If you made this to test oozing and retraction why did you not fix your settings and show a before and after thing?

I think something's wrong with your printer

that print did not go well...

Changed one line to get rid of the bottom:

cube ([innerSide-0.1,innerSide-0.1, innerSide+4*borders]);

Added a sphere with two lines:
translate([size/2,size/2, size/2 - borders/2 - 0.1]) //down just smidge
sphere(r = size/2 - borders/2);

It should rattle now!
If I ever get my printrbot I'll see if it prints!

Yes. It prints. Needed a little rework. But it rattles.

cool! I'm gonna try this out soon
