Summary

If you skipped over the Basic Mounted Ball Joint Clamp completely as hopelessly simple and quickly got bored with the Articulated Ball Joint Fan Mount, then this is the fan mount for you! Now with duelling fans and a quick-release, twist-lock base!

Instructions

I got fed up trying to truly optimize the design for the 2nd (larger) clip, but the one that's here works at least. I like this in ABS.

If I already have the base and clip from the single version, can I just print out the second clip and use it with them?

Probably not. Both clips are modified in this version, with the first one being shifted one direction and the second clip shifted the other (and angled). You could give it a shot, but the design is pretty fiddly to get a good fit with under the best of circumstances so...

Thanks. I'm waiting for the customizer to spit out my modifications. A slightly smaller ball on the fan mount, and resized for 40mm fan. I'm hoping to use this to hold a print-cooling fan and a webcam. Setting the fan mount ball size changes the size of the socket on the clip, right?

Yes, the ball size carries over from the base to the clips and from duct to the clips and each of them scale accordingly. You may need to scale the clip clearance, clip opening and/or the clamp extension (length) accordingly as well however when you change the ball sizes.

See what I mean about it being a fiddly design? I'm frankly giving up on it for my own personal use and intend to design a simpler fan mount with a fixed angle and direction since I haven't seen much utility in adjusting these things in practice.
