Really cool!
What materials should I place inside each capsule to filter on each step?

Hard (H) capsule: I used 2 pieces of polyurethane foam as my hard debris filter for stage 1.

Soft (S) capsule: I used a 1.25" x 5 microfiber strip as the filter on stage 2.

Tip: It might be tricky if the microfiber strip is to big because the towel corner or towel itself will be pinched by the capsule when trying to close them together.

Oil (O) capsule: I used a 1.25" x 7.5 microfiber strip as the filter on stage 3. I used extra virgin oil as my lubricant.

Tip: dip strip Into the oil and make sure it's drenched. Roll it around the filament until it looks like a burrito.

Clean the capsule and any mess after assembly.

Thanks for being part of the community and hope this info helps.

Thanks for the support to my creations/channel.

Awesome, thank you for the info.
I'm now wondering about the filament change and if makes it any harder.
anyway, thank you again!

It will definitely make it harder to change filaments but it will Increase the quality of the prints dramatically.

If I would have know this HSO filter was going to Increase quality of my prints dramatically. Then this would have been my first print.

If print for 10 hours I will get around 3 to 5 clogs in the extruder but now with THE HSO filter I can print up to 17 hours and maybe get 1clog.

how do mantain the two pieces from a stage together?

need to print at 100% Infill so it becomes a tight fit. Plus i printed this in high quality and i was like a 7 hour print. my first print was low quality and they fell apart so i used a piece of blue painter tape around the stage.

Any chance you could make a bottom with no letter on it?

Its been uploaded Zolan.

You rock! Thank you!

Nice project, how does the oil affect the print/printer?

Thanks. I'm actually very surprised at how much better the detail on my prints are now. If i would have know this earlier, that would have been my first print.

I may try this when I fix my printer!

whats wrong with your printer?

i've fixed mine on so many occasions and different problems i could be some help and guidance for it if you'd like the help

My thermistor broke off the wire while cleaning, I already ordered a new one. Somehow while shopping for it I managed to somehow go from a thermistor to buying an Arduino Pro Mini, BMP180, and Arduino micro sd card converter. So I guess I'm gonna be a little busy this week!

well glad you ordered one already and that's going to be a fun arrival when it gets there.

If help is ever required feel free to contact me. Have fun
