My first attempt at a sideswiper aka cootie key. I have uploaded the base model to print. No supports needed. I used 24 AWG for the connections with brass bolts for the contacts and a hacksaw blade for the flipper. I will post detailed pics later.
Print one of the base and two of the grips. The grips can be glued (what I did) to either side of the end of the hacksaw blade where you touch the blade to move it back and forth. Again, I will post some pics of the completed project along with a detailed list of parts as soon as I get it completed.
.20 and 50% infill to give it some heft. You don't want your key sliding around all over the place! Took about 5 hours to print on my CTC Makerbot clone. You can use supports if you want to but my printer had no problem without them.
