This is a functional bevel gear drive model featuring involute tooth profiles, curved teeth and a non-right angle between the shafts.
Rafts are recommended for the two crankshaft halves only for better coupling. Support is needed for the pinion only for a cleaner print and better mating with the larger gear.
To put this model together, you also need 10 countersunk Phillips-head metric screws M3x12, and 2 metric nuts M3. Those can be bought cheaply on eBay.
The crankhandle's grip, if printed properly, should freely rotate around the handle.
