This is a watch band/case for an arduino LED watch that I designed some time ago. You can find all the details of this project at my instructables page here:
This was my first attempt at a 3D printed enclosure for my watch. You can print the entire thing as one piece and remove or add links as needed. The complete watch will fit a wrist that is about 7 inches in circumference. Or just print all the parts individually and snap them together.
The clasp is a simple hook and loop design. Depending on your print settings, you might need to do some shaving and sanding to get it to close properly. I'm open to any suggestions to improve it!
I originally made the top plate out of tinted plastic, but you could also print one using any type of transparent filament. I wanted to avoid using screws, so the plate is just press fit into place. You can also add some white glue if you want. Don't use superglue, just in case you need to take it apart later on.
Use a small amount of superglue to attach the buttons to the inside of the watch body. (See image)
