This is Stockto's Shepherd Spearman, "kamehameha" pose.
It sliced fine in Makerbot Desktop but was having difficulty in S3D, so I used meshmixer to "make solid."
I split the hands and spear from the rest of the model and rotated the parts to allow easier printing with less supports. The spear is also much stronger when printed in a flat orientation.
Stockto designed this with the DesktopHero app that he is currently kickstarting:
(not affiliated with the kickstarter in any way, just a backer/supporter)
This printed very nicely with Hatchbox wood filament (0.4mm nozzle, 190C).
This filament makes supports nice and easy to remove :)
remove supports, glue hands to arms (I used cyanoacrylate)
