Hi! Good night! This is iury from Chopper Builders Group. I would like to work in a mechanism like Patrick Sthefanski did, to move the head up and down. Additionaly, i planning to rebuilt a compatible botton disc for PETG, fixing one to another using bolts and nuts. Do you mind to share the STL of the top and botton discs each one in a single piece? Or maybe just the dimensions. Thanks!

hi, good job, but you have instruction for build frame?

Approx how many kgs of plastic would be required?

what size printer is this recommended for? i put down the first bottom frame piece and it wont fit my monoprice maker select.

For that size printer, you'll have to stand the pieces on their side and orient them diagonally. You may also have to change the brim to 3mm for some of them to fit at all.
You're also going to find that when it comes time to print the skins, at least half the pieces won't fit.

Is there a diagram of where each rib goes? I have them all printed and most of the skins, but some of the screw holes don't seem to match up with what I thought was the right order

I've printed one of these w/ skins in 25% and was designing a full sized bearing for the leg sockets when... I noticed you changed the leg sockets
Is there a Chopper leg at astromech.net leg you designed this for? Thanks!

The socket was changed in order to fit Tiny's legs which are currently being beta tested by a few members on the Chopper FB page

i have the bottem of the droid printed out what is the sequance of the pieces lay out? thanks agian for making this. steve

thanks for the files got some of it printed out, the bottem pieces warped a little but with some bondo no will be able to tell. have you started on the legs yet?
