This is an attempt to design a fully 3D print wheel robot with flexibility in the way (auto-pilot and control by Anrdoid phones) to play. It also serves as education material here on 3D modelling, 3D printing and Arduino programming. There are 3 wheels and 4 wheels versions, pick the one you like to build.

1) this Arduino board or others you prefer.
2) L9110 H bridge motor driver
3) 2 X DC Motor
4) Ultrasonic distance sensor HC-SR04
5) 18650 Lithium-ion battery
6) SPP-C Bluetooth UART or equivalent for Andriod phone control

1) 4xM3x25 screws and nuts for fixing motors (cable ties also will do)
2) 12xM2x6 tapping screws for other parts
3) Battery metallic spring
4) Battery wire
5) Rubber band for back wheel tires

1) D2-D5 of Arduino pins are connected to L9110 H bridge motor driver
2) D6 to HC SR04 trigger pin
3) D7 to HC SR04 echo pin
4) HC SR04 power input to the board 5V output and GND pins
5) L9110 H bridge motor driver power input to the board 5V output and GND pins, the output pins goes to the DC motors
6) Bluetooth UART module to the board's Bluetooth connector

1) Arduino code on githup
2) Android app on Google Play

How to play:
When it is on, it is on auto-pliot mode. Movements are randomly performed to go forward, left and right. The ultrasonic distance sensor detects obstacle at the front and will avoid it.

To play with Android phone, the Bluetooth UART must be installed. To control by the App, firstly pair the Bluetooth UART with your Android phone. On app screen tap 'Bluetooth' to select it, then tap the 'On' button, now you should be able to use the arrow buttons to control it. To return to auto-pilot mode, just tap 'Off' button.
