It's another little pet monster for the 3D Artist Mag contest and it's supposed to be a decoration item.

I don't own a 3d printer so I'm not sure if everything is as it should be. Please let me know if there are issues with this model, I'll try to fix it.

Updated information will be posted in the Instructions below.

Best regards,

The model is supposed to be printed in one piece.

Please let me know what you think, thanks! :)

wonderful i love this monster....i 've printed all...good job

Thank you, that's great to hear! :)

cool monsters, very nice.
I've printed them in PLA, they look a little gritty but with a little heat they look better.
I'm confident that printing them in ABS then using some acetone gas will really smooth the surface.
But otherwise, they are... my kind of monsters (even if I'm far away from being a kid :-) )

I have some more transluscent green on order. These will be good as alien 'pets'.

You're welcome! Please post a picture when you've printed him, thanks :)

He came out really nice. It looks like all the details came through clearly.

I'm glad, thanks for your feedback! I was worried that the lower lip might droop but everything looks just fine :)

These are awesome! I've been printing them for my kids and they love them...please keep making them!

Aww that's nice! :) Thank you, I'll create more soon.

What software do you use to make these?

I'm sculpting them with ZBrush.
