Print all parts, clean up holes as required
Print bearing rod from airtrippers original BOM (<=8mm diameter rod for idler bearing)
Force 3mm nylock nuts into back of main body (this is for the strut to latch into). I heat the nut with my soldering iron to make insertion easy. Use caution!
Mount main extruder body to motor. Use 4x 3mm screws. If you have buttons vs. socket heads, that's ideal as we don't have much clearance for the top left screw head between the idler.
Instead drive gear, if not done already. Align to extruder filament feed holes
I used 5mm compression fitting and 5mm T slot nut ( http://tinyurl.com/qy6rtkn ) to secure the bowden 'filament output' in place. Install those.
Install idler strut and 2x mounting screws. One threads into a fixed nut in the bowden_main, the other passes through the extruder to a free nut on the backside of the main body
Install long 3mm screws, springs, washers, etc for clamping idler against filament.
*Install extruder to your printer!
I know there is some lacking detail at the moment. Hopefully I can get all of the missing pertinent info up soon.
