This is a modified foot for the popular MPCNC for 25mm conduits
I created a new foot inspired by the original, and made to look like the original, as I wanted to attach my MPCNC to a 12mm thick MDF plate using 20mm M5 bolts.
...so had to make some changes:
- Fastened to surface using 4x M5 bolts.
- Base is 5mm with fixed spacers of 4mm for each bolt, making using 20mm m5 bolts possible on 12mm surface.
- Second model is without the fixed spacers, meaning it can be used with 10-15mm M5 bolts..
- A single 20mm m4 screw and m4 nut is used to tighten the foot around the conduit.
You can download the STL file as normal or go to Autodesk 360 to view the model and download it in your favorite file format.
Drilling and Line -Guide
I've added 2 simple drilling guides.
The outer mountholes for the feet are located 2,5cm away from the edge of my MDF plate on two sides.
The smaller Guide can be used it both to draw a line and to drill holes after.
The longer Guide puts the holes 7,5cm from the edge.
I've added both files as normal STLs and also shared the smaller one on Autodesk 360 where you can view it in 3D and download it in your favorite file format.
Foot Drilling Guide
Added two simple Drilling Guides I used to drill holes for the feet.
Guideholes are 3mm in diameter.
I also used them to draw straight lines to be sure each leg of the MPCNC lined up.
